The role partners with development teams, vendors, security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and executives while evaluating emerging technologies and aligning solutions with enterprise strategy.

Leads enterprise technology delivery across OutSystems and Microsoft Azure, including solution design, development, testing, implementation, production support, security, and lifecycle management. Remains hands-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and technical reviews while managing projects, vendors, stakeholders, and a development team. Ensures systems meet business, compliance, data integrity, performance, and security requirements.

Performs supervised product certification and testing projects, including construction evaluations, test planning, work-order preparation, standards interpretation, laboratory coordination, equipment operation, data recording, and certification reporting. The role also supports client quotations, explains certification programs, prepares compliance documentation, and conducts witness testing. Requires developing expertise in national and international standards, laboratory procedures, instrumentation, engineering drawings, and product safety requirements.

Independently leads cybersecurity certification, attestation, verification, assessment, testing, and training projects. Evaluates products, processes, and services against cybersecurity standards and regulations; reviews technical reports and test data; prepares certification documentation, statements of work, quotations, and estimates; and provides client guidance. The role also mentors junior staff, supports business development, delivers technical briefings, maintains certification quality, and applies expertise in risk, compliance, IACS, security frameworks, and vulnerability management.

Independently manages product safety certification projects, evaluates products against CSA, UL, IEC, and other standards, oversees testing, reviews data and reports, authorizes certification marks, and prepares compliance documentation. Provides technical guidance to laboratory staff and customers, supports quotations and client development, witnesses field testing, interprets test results, and maintains compliance with quality procedures. The role also contributes to standards research, continuous improvement, laboratory safety, and certification program development.

Develops new healthcare accounts by prospecting, nurturing leads, creating customer profiles and sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes, recovering former customers, and meeting sales targets. The role manages territory analysis, customer relationships, reporting, trade show participation, and collaboration with marketing, technical specialists, and operations to win new business.

Manage medical device safety certification projects from product evaluation through testing, certification reporting, and approval of certification marks. Interpret CSA, UL, and IEC standards, review test data and engineering documentation, evaluate product construction and compliance, coordinate laboratory testing, and oversee multiple projects on schedule and within budget. Review colleagues’ work and assess complex or unusual medical equipment while collaborating with customers, technicians, and international teams.

Evaluates RF products against national and international safety standards under supervision. Responsibilities include determining applicable tests, preparing work orders and test plans, conducting construction and product evaluations, operating test equipment, documenting findings, preparing certification reports, supporting client quotations, and collaborating with laboratory technicians, mentors, and sales teams. The role also involves witnessing manufacturer testing and developing expertise in relevant standards and certification requirements.

Evaluates products for compliance with electrical, electromagnetic compatibility, safety, and applicable national or international standards. Develops test plans, work orders, quotations, and certification documentation under mentorship. Conducts construction evaluations, assists with laboratory testing, operates test equipment, records results, and supports client certification projects. Collaborates with laboratory technicians, mentors, project managers, and sales teams while developing expertise in certification requirements and testing standards.

Manages complex product certification projects by interpreting CSA, UL, and IEC standards; reviewing test data; authorizing certification marks; preparing compliance reports; conducting facility assessments and product evaluations; and providing technical guidance to clients, technicians, and certifiers. The role also develops testing documentation, supports audits and standards committees, delivers training, resolves technical issues, and contributes to continuous improvement and new certification programs.

Manages regional HR programs and labor relations, including employee relations, collective bargaining, grievances, performance management, compensation, talent management, succession planning, change management, and recruitment. Advises and coaches managers, interprets collective agreements, supports workplace investigations and dispute resolution, maintains confidential personnel records, ensures legal compliance, and builds productive relationships with union representatives and organizational leaders.

Leads regional Human Resources strategy and operations, including employee relations, labor relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, recruitment, engagement, organizational development, change management, and diversity and inclusion. Partners with senior leaders and HR centers of excellence to deliver business-aligned HR solutions, coaches managers, develops HR staff, supports organizational transformation, and manages grievances, arbitrations, and negotiations.

Independently manages product safety certification projects, evaluates products against national and international standards, reviews test data, prepares certification documentation, witnesses testing, guides laboratory technicians, supports clients and sales, and authorizes CSA Mark applications. The role also develops testing procedures, interprets results, maintains technical competence, participates in audits and continuous improvement, and conducts manufacturer site visits as needed.

Manages global employee and corporate communications programs, including intranet strategy, editorial calendars, town halls, newsletters, change management, and crisis communications. Develops accurate, engaging content across written, digital, video, and event channels. Partners with business stakeholders to align communications with corporate strategy, measures campaign effectiveness, manages project budgets, and serves as the primary internal communications contact.

Test and certify new products against national and international safety standards. Responsibilities include evaluating products, interpreting test results, reviewing technical data, preparing certification reports, managing projects with mentorship, and supporting CSA Mark applications. The role is part of a graduate development program designed to build product safety engineering and project management skills.

Conducts energy-efficiency and performance testing of fuel-burning appliances, including water heaters, boilers, and furnaces. Responsibilities include laboratory equipment setup and maintenance, troubleshooting, data collection and analysis, test planning, technical report preparation, and compliance verification. The role coordinates multiple testing projects, collaborates with engineers, technicians, customers, and project managers, supports audits and witness testing, contributes to calibration and continuous improvement, and mentors less-experienced team members.

Manages energy storage product certification projects, evaluating designs, construction, test data, and compliance against CSA, UL, IEC, and other standards.
