The Product Specialist schedules appointments, resolves customer questions, supports sales goals, and participates in sales-related marketing campaigns. Success requires motivation, organization, time management, listening, problem-solving, teamwork, strong communication, and reliable follow-through.

Performs oil changes, fluid checks and refills, tire pressure checks, vehicle inspections, lubrication, and replacement of oil filters and drain plugs. Communicates vehicle conditions to teammates and provides excellent customer service. The role includes factory and on-site training with a path toward Master Certification.
