Our Spanish-speaking customer base continues to grow, and we want a salesperson who can make every customer feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout the buying process.

- Earning potential of $75,000 + based on your commitment and dedication
- Base salary plus bonuses. No draw; non-commission based
- 40 hour scheduled work week that includes days, some evenings and some Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales goals
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Be clear, concise and prompt in setting appointments
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Show Customers vehicle options and take Customer on test drives
- Work and maintain a clean customer relationship management (CRM) data base
- Assist customers with their automotive needs
