Identify and secure industrial business opportunities across the Atlantic region and nationwide. Develop strategic business development plans, build relationships with executives, facility leaders, consultants, and contractors, research projects and RFPs, attend industry events, track pipeline metrics, and collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams on proposals and presentations. The role requires 75% travel, including 50% overnight travel.

Develops and manages construction specifications for commercial, education, healthcare, federal, industrial, and other building projects. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, preparing project-specific specifications and project manuals, collaborating with project managers and design teams, advising on products and materials, and maintaining knowledge of industry standards. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, SpecLink, and SpecsIntact.

Lead HVAC system design and specifications (air distribution, hydronic piping, controls); perform heating/cooling load calculations; review drawings; assess existing systems; conduct site inspections for code compliance; meet owners and mentor junior staff. Travel ~10%.

Lead project design and delivery across design and construction phases, manage client relationships, coordinate project teams and meetings, ensure standards and scope control, and improve efficiency. Travel up to 25%.

Design lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems for commercial, industrial, and military buildings using Revit. Perform site visits, coordinate with utilities and clients, prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports, and manage multiple projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
