Develop and maintain Python web applications using AWS services across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, requirements analysis, and collaboration with senior developers. The role emphasizes secure, scalable development, PCI compliance, Agile practices, and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.

Oversee manufacturing operations, production scheduling, workflow efficiency, equipment resources, quality control, safety compliance, staffing, and production data analysis. Lead and develop employees through coaching, communication, and performance management while coordinating with other departments and upper management. Identify and resolve process, equipment, material, and skill-related issues to improve productivity without compromising safety or quality.

Provides technical support for manufacturing systems, hardware, software, networks, and production applications. Troubleshoots escalated issues, coordinates with IT teams and vendors, analyzes recurring problems, supports FTP/SFTP onboarding, maintains server software, documents resolutions, trains production staff, gathers process requirements, and drives application and infrastructure improvements.
