Senior Product Designer responsible for leading discovery, user research, ideation, prototyping, and experience design across key product areas. The role partners closely with product managers, engineers, customers, and designers to translate insights into impactful AI-powered products. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, conducting customer interviews, advocating for user-centered practices, using AI and LLM tools in design workflows, and contributing to design systems and cross-functional design quality.

Prospect enterprise customers through outbound calls, email, and social outreach; build relationships with director- and executive-level decision-makers; qualify opportunities; and generate pipeline in partnership with Account Executives. The role requires understanding Coveo’s AI-powered solutions, tailoring messaging to customer challenges, conducting discovery calls, and managing high-volume prospecting activity, including approximately 75 calls daily.

Leads and develops a team of eight technical writers, overseeing documentation delivery, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-functional partnerships with Product and Engineering. Establishes user experience content practices, maintains documentation quality standards, and improves information architecture, navigation, tooling, and findability using customer feedback, analytics, search behavior, and AI.

Partners with R&D and G&A leaders on budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Analyzes financial and operational data, challenges assumptions, advises on investments and efficiency, and presents recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaborates with HR, Corporate FP&A, and Business Intelligence teams during budgeting and forecasting cycles while improving reporting and visualization tools.

Account for share-based compensation and equity transactions, support government tax credit/grant work, prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting, assist international statutory and tax compliance, and lead process-improvement projects across finance teams.

Serves as the primary finance partner to Sales and Customer Experience leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and headcount management. Analyzes operational and financial metrics, develops actionable recommendations, presents performance insights, and supports resource allocation and strategic decisions. Collaborates with HR, FP&A, and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting and planning tools.

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable backend services for platform identity, user management, permissions, groups, and licensing. Own production services throughout their lifecycle, identify reliability and performance risks, collaborate with development teams, contribute to technical discussions and code reviews, investigate operational issues, and improve system maintainability.

Partners with Sales leadership to improve revenue operations through stronger processes, territories, quota management, systems, workflows, and data-driven insights. Leads complex cross-functional initiatives, identifies operational gaps, challenges stakeholders constructively, and drives scalable improvements across people, processes, technology, and sales enablement.

Lead customer-facing business value assessments for commerce customers, analyze business performance, build financial models and business cases, demonstrate solution impact, and provide strategic guidance supporting sales and customer growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, technical success, and customer success teams. Develop thought leadership, training, tools, and documentation while advising on digital commerce, enterprise search, personalization, and generative AI trends.

Build and optimize scalable data integration systems, distributed cloud infrastructure, databases, data transformation tools, and high-performance APIs. Responsibilities include improving system performance, reliability, and scalability; designing robust and reusable solutions; collaborating across teams; and delivering well-tested, documented software. The role requires strong software development experience, ideally in Java, with knowledge of infrastructure as code. Terraform, AWS, DevOps, .NET, and technical architecture experience are advantageous.

Build prototypes and technical proofs that transform complex customer requirements into validated, scalable solutions. Refine use cases, translate business and architectural needs into testable implementations, experiment to assess feasibility and performance, and rapidly iterate toward production readiness. Collaborate with technical engagement and success teams, while creating reusable solution patterns and sharing insights that influence product evolution.

Drive enterprise sales of AI-powered solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include developing strategic accounts, building executive relationships, partnering with alliances teams, leading complex software sales cycles, creating business cases, negotiating contracts, closing deals, exceeding quotas, and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.

Lead infrastructure, operations, governance, reliability, and cost optimization for Coveo’s Snowflake and Databricks platforms. Build Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines, manage platform lifecycle and workspace design, implement monitoring and operational readiness, and establish runbooks and on-call practices. Partner with FinOps, product teams, and vendors while improving Spark performance, data platform interoperability, security, and governance.

Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for a Technical Success organization. Build onboarding, learning journeys, competency models, certifications, labs, and assessments that strengthen technical customer success capabilities. Translate enterprise software architecture, integrations, APIs, and best practices into practical training. Develop customer-facing skills such as discovery, executive communication, consultative conversations, and stakeholder management. Measure proficiency, behavior change, adoption, and business impact while partnering with Product, technical experts, leadership, and Commercial Enablement.

Own and optimize enterprise AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, leading Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional initiatives. Strengthen cloud networking, security, reliability, and automation while partnering with Security teams on threat detection, segmentation, and incident response. Mentor colleagues, provide technical guidance, identify infrastructure risks, and translate cloud architecture and strategy into actionable solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including availability, performance, networking, and security. Lead Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional cloud initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with Security on threat detection, segmentation, incident response, and cloud security improvements. Identify and resolve infrastructure risks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical guidance. Scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell supports infrastructure and operational automation.

Build IAM workflows, self-service APIs, command-line tools, and lightweight interfaces for access provisioning and deprovisioning. Automate employee lifecycle processes through HR and identity-provider integrations, create audit logging and access-review systems, and integrate security platforms across corporate and R&D environments. Collaborate with Security Engineering, IT, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, developer-friendly access management.

Leads Coveo’s customer marketing strategy across adoption, engagement, renewal, expansion, and advocacy. Builds lifecycle segmentation, customer health and adoption programs, executive engagement, advisory boards, user groups, communications, and voice-of-customer initiatives. Partners with Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to turn customer insights into actionable growth and go-to-market priorities while leading the customer marketing team.

Builds secure, automated identity and access management tooling, including access request workflows, self-service APIs and interfaces, user lifecycle pipelines, audit logging, and access review systems. Integrates HR systems, identity providers such as Okta, and security platforms while collaborating with Security Engineering, IT, and platform teams to improve scalable access provisioning, deprovisioning, compliance, and developer experience.
