As a Senior Workday System Administrator within our People and finance systems team, you will be responsible to maintain and evolve our Workday platform. You will be collaborating with all the functions (HR, Finance, IS and IT) to ensure the highest level of security and integrity of the platform.
As our Senior Workday System Administrator, you will:- Contribute to lead security administration, ensuring robust system and data protection across environments.
- Manage tenant administration, maintaining secure and efficient environments.
- Drive system upkeep and strategically manage technical debt, addressing legacy issues and best practices to ensure long-term system stability and performance.
- Act as integration lead, ensuring seamless connectivity with Coveo’s other systems and driving cross-system alignment through custom coding, if needed.
- Help manage deployments, delivering updates and new features while proactively monitoring and resolving performance issues with a technical lens.
- Provide day-to-day technical support, co-build reports, ensure data integrity, and collaborate on architecture and solution design to drive scalability and innovation.
- At least one year of experience working with Enterprise cloud applications.
- 3+ years of experience in coding for integration of Enterprise cloud applications.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A track record of leading technical initiatives or owning key system components in a tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or any other large HRIS/FiS.
- Experience contributing to a full implementation involving multiple modules (HR, Finance, etc.) or a multi-system ecosystem, with a focus on technical integration.
- A results-driven approach, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver on key objectives.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
