Own the strategy and delivery of Cosuno’s integrations, public API improvements, connectors, and first MCP server. Gather customer needs, define data models and permissions, create engineering tickets, prioritize the roadmap, launch pilots, and measure integration adoption. Build and deploy LLM-powered systems for construction tendering workflows. Own AI features end to end, from models and agents through backend services, APIs, and TypeScript front-end integrations. Develop RAG, tool-use, reasoning, and evaluation systems; maintain production monitoring and alerting; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data. The role requires strong Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, backend engineering, and experience shipping AI features to production.

Leads and coaches a team of full-stack and AI/ML engineers while remaining 60–80% hands-on. Own day-to-day IT for a 100-person company: device lifecycle and MDM management, joiner/mover/leaver onboarding and offboarding, SaaS account and SSO administration, first-line IT support for hardware/software/connectivity, and collaborate with Security to implement policies and automate processes.

Design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven automations using existing LLMs, RAG, vector DBs and orchestration tools (e.g., n8n).
