Own and improve the end-to-end analytics platform: build and test dbt models, maintain Looker dashboards, strengthen pipelines from Postgres to BigQuery, write Python automation and reverse-ETL integrations, and deliver reliable data to stakeholders and customers.

Leads and coaches a team of full-stack and AI/ML engineers while remaining 60–80% hands-on. The role includes coding in TypeScript, Node.js, and React; owning roadmap delivery and technical quality; reviewing code; guiding architecture; hiring; developing engineers; and partnering on team processes and platform direction. The manager also supports Agile delivery, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Own integrations product (REST API and connectors), work on-site with German customers to elicit requirements, prioritize and scope tickets, validate API endpoints, collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to enable seamless system connections.
