Provide expert technical support for a 4G/5G telecommunications lab: operate and maintain RF test equipment, execute and review test plans, collect and analyze data, document cabling/configurations, ensure safety and TIA-607-B compliance, manage inventory/calibration, troubleshoot RRH/BBU/CSR interconnections, and coordinate with stakeholders to support public safety broadband network evaluation.

Provide advanced RF engineering and wireless network analysis for a nationwide public safety broadband network. Perform POR analysis, drive-test validation, RF propagation and coverage/capacity assessments, produce maps and reports, develop dashboards and white papers, validate large vendor data submissions, and communicate findings to federal stakeholders to support oversight and compliance.

Perform drive-test log analysis and anomaly investigation using Rohde & Schwarz tools, validate and aggregate large network measurement campaigns, develop dashboards, reports and white papers on 4G/5G RAN performance, compare multi-operator measured performance with GIS/RF tools, review vendor deliverables, and present findings to stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.

Design and implement geospatial components of an agentic AI system: build ArcGIS-based import/validation/storage of authoritative hazard geometry, develop deterministic polygon validation and REST APIs, integrate LLM-driven geo-language features, implement secure gov-cloud hosting and audit logging, and coordinate with alerting SMEs and system agents to ensure standards-compliant, human-approved alert areas.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines and an authoritative Lakehouse using Databricks and cloud platforms. Collaborate on data platform strategy, implement CI/CD, model data, refresh dashboards, apply advanced analytics (LLMs/AI) to unstructured data, and support post-award reporting to improve grant program outcomes.

Supports Federal discretionary grant programs through recipient technical assistance, training, monitoring, evaluation, competition support, outreach, reporting, and policy guidance. Works with diverse and underserved communities, prepares accessible written deliverables, coordinates stakeholder activities, and supports compliance with Federal grants, privacy, information security, and Section 508 requirements. The role is hybrid in the Rockville, Maryland area and requires U.S. citizenship plus eligibility for a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.

Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentorship; deliver briefings and policy recommendations to federal clients; collaborate with data scientists and analysts; contribute to proposals and thought leadership across the telecom and broadband portfolio.

Lead human-centered design and business transformation efforts for federal clients: facilitate workshops, conduct user research, map journeys and capabilities, analyze processes, identify optimizations, develop prototypes and roadmaps, and produce visual deliverables to support implementation and improved citizen experiences.

Lead day-to-day execution of a national public safety communications program for a federal client: manage plans, schedules, resources, stakeholder engagement, program documentation, governance, risk, and contract performance to support multi-state and national initiatives improving first responder communications.

Support a federal program by identifying workflow bottlenecks, mapping and improving processes, maintaining audit-ready documentation and version control, performing data validation, and preparing briefing and governance materials for technical leaders and executives.

Perform advanced RAN engineering analyses to identify coverage gaps, validate needs, quantify operational impact, and produce engineering justifications and prioritized investment recommendations. Review vendor RAN designs, verify deliverables, maintain audit-ready records, support technical discussions, and inform long-term RAN planning for public-safety networks.

As a Program Support Specialist, you will manage task tracking, maintain a SharePoint repository, develop communications, and support event planning for a Federal government client.

Lead a federal R&D PMO supporting portfolio management, impact measurement, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, team and performance management, QA, and contract oversight. Manage consultants, drive client relationships, run workshops, implement process improvements, and develop staff while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget delivery.

Conduct impartial merit reviews of broadband-related grant applications (tribal lands, telehealth/telework/distance learning). Evaluate proposals against criteria, ensure quality and timely completion, attend required trainings, and disclose conflicts of interest. Remote, temporary role available mid-December 2026 through spring 2027; US citizenship and ability to pass public trust required.

Design, build, and maintain geospatial datasets, maps, and scalable GIS tools to analyze coverage gaps and support nationwide communications network planning. Integrate GIS into enterprise analytics (e.g., Palantir), produce maps and dashboards, validate data quality, document metadata/versioning, and collaborate with engineering and program teams to deliver decision-support products for technical and non-technical audiences.
