Administer federal prime and subcontract agreements from pre-award through closeout. Review solicitations, interpret contract terms, prepare FAR and supplemental regulation compliance matrices, identify risks, redline agreements, track documentation, and coordinate contract actions with leadership, accounting, legal, and program teams. Support CPFF, FFP, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOA contracts while ensuring corporate, contractual, and federal compliance.

Leads a federal public safety broadband BPA and call-order portfolio, overseeing contract delivery, financial performance, staffing, stakeholders, partners, and compliance. Develops AI, data modernization, cloud, GIS, and analytics capabilities; leads technical solutioning, proposals, and client strategy. Manages technical teams, builds reusable frameworks, advises government stakeholders, supports recruiting, and develops staff. Requires extensive federal program management, public safety communications, modern data and cloud solution, AI/ML, proposal, and team leadership experience.

Provides technical publishing support for federal government reports and findings. Responsibilities include remediating Section 508-compliant PDFs and forms, formatting print reports in Adobe InDesign, developing Word VBA automation, resolving ServiceNow tickets, meeting SLAs, and modernizing manual publishing workflows toward cloud-based, HTML-oriented, and AI-enabled processes. The role also requires client communication, workload ownership, proactive risk reporting, and collaboration with government and contractor teams.

Analyze, clean, transform, validate, and document structured and unstructured datasets for federal analytics and AI-enabled systems. Maintain data pipelines, develop Power BI or similar dashboards, conduct exploratory analysis, identify data-quality issues, automate reporting workflows, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data products meet federal standards for accuracy, governance, compliance, and usability.

Design and implement geospatial components of an agentic AI system: build ArcGIS-based import/validation/storage of authoritative hazard geometry, develop deterministic polygon validation and REST APIs, integrate LLM-driven geo-language features, implement secure gov-cloud hosting and audit logging, and coordinate with alerting SMEs and system agents to ensure standards-compliant, human-approved alert areas.

Support a federal program by identifying workflow bottlenecks, mapping and improving processes, maintaining audit-ready documentation and version control, performing data validation, and preparing briefing and governance materials for technical leaders and executives.

Lead day-to-day execution of a national public safety communications program for a federal client: manage plans, schedules, resources, stakeholder engagement, program documentation, governance, risk, and contract performance to support multi-state and national initiatives improving first responder communications.

Perform advanced RAN engineering analyses to identify coverage gaps, validate needs, quantify operational impact, and produce engineering justifications and prioritized investment recommendations. Review vendor RAN designs, verify deliverables, maintain audit-ready records, support technical discussions, and inform long-term RAN planning for public-safety networks.

Lead a federal R&D PMO supporting portfolio management, impact measurement, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, team and performance management, QA, and contract oversight. Manage consultants, drive client relationships, run workshops, implement process improvements, and develop staff while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget delivery.

Conduct impartial merit reviews of broadband-related grant applications (tribal lands, telehealth/telework/distance learning). Evaluate proposals against criteria, ensure quality and timely completion, attend required trainings, and disclose conflicts of interest. Remote, temporary role available mid-December 2026 through spring 2027; US citizenship and ability to pass public trust required.

Design, build, and maintain geospatial datasets, maps, and scalable GIS tools to analyze coverage gaps and support nationwide communications network planning. Integrate GIS into enterprise analytics (e.g., Palantir), produce maps and dashboards, validate data quality, document metadata/versioning, and collaborate with engineering and program teams to deliver decision-support products for technical and non-technical audiences.
