Provide on-site HR leadership for data center locations, managing employee relations, onboarding, safety training, OSHA logs, workers' compensation, recruiting, compliance, and training programs while partnering with operations to improve workplace safety and engagement.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of reliable hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Deliver complex initiatives, build immutable infrastructure with IaC, improve observability and incident response, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance in change-controlled environments.

Support and execute day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, derivatives and collateral processes. Maintain treasury controls and SOX-compliant reporting, support financings, audits, and M&A treasury workstreams, administer TMS and banking platforms, and lead/mentor treasury team members to inform liquidity and capital decisions.

Provide corporate governance and entity management support including entity lifecycle (formations, registrations, mergers, dissolutions), compliance tracking, maintenance of corporate records, preparation of board/shareholder documents, coordination of meetings, liaising with registered agents and outside counsel, supporting M&A and licensing activities, improving workflows with technology, and generating compliance reports for leadership.

Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and first-level troubleshooting of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless), monitor performance, assist on infrastructure projects, maintain documentation, perform preventive maintenance and inventory management under senior staff guidance.

Lead local government affairs, community engagement, and external communications across Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and other markets. Build relationships with local and district officials, design and run community initiatives, anticipate policy risks, coordinate with corporate communications, act as spokesperson, measure engagement impact, and advise senior leadership. Frequent regional travel required.

Lead design and implementation of telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure for hyperscale data centers. Establish design standards, manage projects from planning through commissioning, oversee construction quality, mentor design teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.

Owns financial execution for large-scale data center projects: manages budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, variance analysis, contracts, and cash flow. Partners with development, construction, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams to align cost with schedule, identify risks/opportunities, and provide decision-support and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead enterprise-level investigations to ensure systems align with operational and financial reality. Map control surfaces across ERP, CRM, data pipelines, APIs, and automation; detect permission drift, reconciliation failures, and automation gaps; use SQL, Python, and AI-accelerated workflows to surface anomalies, quantify exposure, and harden control architecture. Translate findings for executives and partner with engineering and operations to operationalize durable solutions.
