Leads enterprise risk management strategy, frameworks, assessments, scenario analysis, controls, compliance, reporting, and risk mitigation. Oversees insurance programs including property, casualty, aviation, K&R, D&O, and workers’ compensation. Partners with executives, the board, regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams while managing risk policies, training, analytics, and emerging-risk monitoring.

Administer and secure the organization’s Active Directory environment, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, replication, delegation, and directory hygiene. Support hybrid identity synchronization, automate administration with PowerShell, and contribute to Windows Server, SaaS, endpoint, networking, audits, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects. Document architecture and procedures while partnering with identity, security, and endpoint teams. This is a full-time onsite role in downtown Austin with minimal travel and occasional nights or weekends.

Own and administer the organization’s identity and access management program, including Okta, SSO, MFA, application integrations, access governance, and identity lifecycle automation. Support macOS and Windows endpoints, SaaS platforms, hardware provisioning, troubleshooting, and general IT operations. Partner with Security and Compliance on access reviews and audits, document processes, and implement tools that improve security and employee experience. The role is fully onsite in Austin with minimal travel and occasional nights or weekends.

Provides strategic and hands-on HR support at data center sites, managing employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, engagement, compliance, training, workers’ compensation, OSHA reporting, incident follow-up, and workforce development. Partners with managers, operations, vendors, and employees to implement HR policies, maintain records, support safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, local weekly travel, and occasional nights or weekends.

Administer Jamf-managed macOS and Intune-managed Windows endpoints, Slack, SaaS tools, and IT service workflows. Manage device procurement, provisioning, deployment, inventory, security, patching, onboarding, offboarding, and retirement. Provide escalated support across endpoint, collaboration, conferencing, and office technologies. Improve automation, documentation, ticketing, and knowledge management while partnering with Security on endpoint protection. The role is fully onsite in Austin, with occasional travel between data centers and possible nights or weekends.

Manages long-term relationships with HPC and AI infrastructure clients. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates onboarding and orders, tracks delivery timelines and account metrics, resolves issues, gathers market insights, and advocates for client needs internally. Partners with sales, marketing, site management, technicians, and development teams to support customer success, generate leads, host events, and grow the company’s HPC portfolio.

Provide on-site HR leadership for data center locations, managing employee relations, onboarding, safety training, OSHA logs, workers' compensation, recruiting, compliance, and training programs while partnering with operations to improve workplace safety and engagement.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of reliable hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Deliver complex initiatives, build immutable infrastructure with IaC, improve observability and incident response, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance in change-controlled environments.

Support and execute day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, derivatives and collateral processes. Maintain treasury controls and SOX-compliant reporting, support financings, audits, and M&A treasury workstreams, administer TMS and banking platforms, and lead/mentor treasury team members to inform liquidity and capital decisions.

Provide corporate governance and entity management support including entity lifecycle (formations, registrations, mergers, dissolutions), compliance tracking, maintenance of corporate records, preparation of board/shareholder documents, coordination of meetings, liaising with registered agents and outside counsel, supporting M&A and licensing activities, improving workflows with technology, and generating compliance reports for leadership.

Lead design and implementation of telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure for hyperscale data centers. Establish design standards, manage projects from planning through commissioning, oversee construction quality, mentor design teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.

Owns financial execution for large-scale data center projects: manages budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, variance analysis, contracts, and cash flow. Partners with development, construction, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams to align cost with schedule, identify risks/opportunities, and provide decision-support and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
