Leads the design and implementation of enterprise network automation across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Develops Infrastructure as Code using Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; automates provisioning, configuration, monitoring, compliance, and lifecycle management. Supports routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, troubleshoots incidents, performs root cause analysis, and drives network upgrades and cloud adoption. Establishes testing and engineering standards, mentors junior engineers, creates documentation, and participates in on-call support and frequent travel.

Oversee security systems planning, design integration, installation, auditing, commissioning, and project management for corporate, data center, and high-security construction projects. Review security and architectural drawings, coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and compliance teams, maintain security policies and design standards, ensure regulatory compliance, manage temporary and permanent site security measures, support budgets, and report project progress to leadership.

Operate the Security Operations Command Center: monitor access control, video, alarms, and operational platforms; triage and escalate incidents; dispatch and coordinate responses; document events and after-action reports; manage credentialing and support investigations; maintain situational awareness across facilities and support 12-hour rotating shifts.

Provide on-site HR leadership for data center locations, managing employee relations, onboarding, safety training, OSHA logs, workers' compensation, recruiting, compliance, and training programs while partnering with operations to improve workplace safety and engagement.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of reliable hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Deliver complex initiatives, build immutable infrastructure with IaC, improve observability and incident response, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance in change-controlled environments.

Support and execute day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, derivatives and collateral processes. Maintain treasury controls and SOX-compliant reporting, support financings, audits, and M&A treasury workstreams, administer TMS and banking platforms, and lead/mentor treasury team members to inform liquidity and capital decisions.

Provide corporate governance and entity management support including entity lifecycle (formations, registrations, mergers, dissolutions), compliance tracking, maintenance of corporate records, preparation of board/shareholder documents, coordination of meetings, liaising with registered agents and outside counsel, supporting M&A and licensing activities, improving workflows with technology, and generating compliance reports for leadership.

Lead design and implementation of telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure for hyperscale data centers. Establish design standards, manage projects from planning through commissioning, oversee construction quality, mentor design teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.

Owns financial execution for large-scale data center projects: manages budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, variance analysis, contracts, and cash flow. Partners with development, construction, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams to align cost with schedule, identify risks/opportunities, and provide decision-support and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
