Owns month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, financial reporting, audit support, and SOX controls documentation. The role supports U.S. GAAP compliance, fixed asset and energy-related accounting, restricted cash arrangements, ERP enhancements, and process automation while partnering with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, auditors, and operational teams.

Staff Accountant supporting monthly and year-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger analysis, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audit support, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. The role also contributes to process improvements, automation using AI and modern accounting tools, and cross-functional finance projects.

Oversee security systems planning, design integration, installation, auditing, commissioning, and project management for corporate, data center, and high-security construction projects. Review security and architectural drawings, coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and compliance teams, maintain security policies and design standards, ensure regulatory compliance, manage temporary and permanent site security measures, support budgets, and report project progress to leadership.
