Lead the QA strategy across multiple software products and platforms. Own and operate end-to-end Change Management (ITIL) including chairing CAB/ECAB, assessing/authorizing RFCs, maintaining the Forward Schedule of Change, coordinating windows, evaluating risk and rollbacks, reporting/PIRs, enforcing governance, administering ITSM change modules, and driving automation for standard/pre-approved changes.

Design, implement, and deliver cross-platform mobile features end-to-end using Flutter/Dart or React Native/TypeScript. Define mobile architecture, state management, shared component libraries, theming, and platform-specific native code. Ensure security, accessibility, offline handling, performance, automated testing, and integration with REST/OAuth2. Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and participate in Agile team ceremonies.
