Lead business analysis for BI, DWH, MDM and data transformation programs: run workshops, document current-state and future-state requirements, define KPIs and mappings, prepare UAT/test cases, validate migrated reports, and coordinate stakeholder sign-off and requirement traceability.

Design, implement, and deliver cross-platform mobile features end-to-end using Flutter/Dart or React Native/TypeScript. Define mobile architecture, state management, shared component libraries, theming, and platform-specific native code. Ensure security, accessibility, offline handling, performance, automated testing, and integration with REST/OAuth2. Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and participate in Agile team ceremonies.

Lead design and delivery of cross-platform iOS/Android apps using a shared codebase. Define architecture, enforce standards, mentor engineers, ensure security, accessibility, performance, CI/CD, and manage release pipelines and integrations with backend APIs and authentication.

Design, build, test and ship backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Own features end-to-end, write automated unit and integration tests, produce technical documentation, review code, mentor engineers, and work within microservices and relational database environments to deliver secure, high-quality software.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automate builds and deployments with Azure DevOps/GitLab, manage containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift), implement IaC (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible), enforce security best practices, troubleshoot cloud-hosted applications, and mentor junior DevOps engineers while supporting cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Lead CI/CD and release governance for fintech platforms, designing automated pipelines, managing GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, enforcing release gates and compliance (SAMA), implementing monitoring and rollback procedures, and supporting post-release troubleshooting and database migrations.
