Leads the PMO and oversees strategic, cross-functional software projects from planning through delivery. Aligns project portfolios with organizational strategy, maintains project management standards, audits active projects, implements KPI tracking, and drives Agile adoption. Mentors Agile Ambassadors and project managers, supports talent development and recruitment, and reports priorities and progress to executive leadership.

Defines and maintains business architecture across banking environments, including capability maps, business processes, value streams, operating models, and current- and target-state models. Performs gap and impact analysis, translates strategy into architectural requirements, supports transformation roadmaps, and aligns business requirements with enterprise architecture. Collaborates with stakeholders and technology teams, participates in architecture governance, and ensures compliance with banking regulations and applicable SAMA requirements.

Designs and governs scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Defines architecture standards for compute, storage, networking, connectivity, resilience, disaster recovery, capacity, and performance. Reviews major infrastructure projects, identifies risks and modernization opportunities, maintains architecture documentation, and ensures alignment with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and business requirements. Collaborates with Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, DevOps, Application, and Technology teams.
