Provides technical leadership, documentation, risk mitigation, and infrastructure standards while ensuring high availability, resilience, security, and regulatory alignment.

Lead testing strategy and governance for a banking project across SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing. Manage test plans, resources, schedules, traceability, defect lifecycles, dashboards, reporting, and release readiness. Coordinate business, development, technology, and project stakeholders while ensuring compliance with banking security and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies and quality practices.
