Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance while enforcing agile delivery standards, accountability, and regulatory alignment. Partner with executives to balance innovation, risk, and compliance.

Lead end-to-end architecture for complex, multi-service financial technology platforms. Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure designs; define APIs, service boundaries, data ownership, integrations, and non-functional requirements. Produce architecture documentation, guide engineering teams, lead design reviews, assess technologies and vendors, manage architectural risks, and support estimation and delivery planning. The role requires strong software engineering expertise, cloud-native experience, security knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.
