OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead our PMO team, to ensure the successful delivery of our innovative products and drive the execution of key strategic projects across the organization. This pivotal role will help align project goals with company objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
As the PMO Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance on best practices, and implement processes that drive operational excellence. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to impact the success of our projects and the continued growth of our company.
YOU WILL
Collaborate with the executive board to highlight key action items, project priorities, and progress updates. Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational strategy through effective communication and reporting.
Participate as a key member of the strategy team, contributing to the formulation and execution of long-term organizational strategies. Ensure that project management practices support the overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
Developed and deployed an automated system using MS Power Platform to track the performance and quality of over 60 projects through key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously assess project outcomes and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Oversee the integration of Agile practices across all projects, ensuring a seamless adoption process. Lead and mentor a team of Agile Ambassadors to disseminate Agile methodologies, ensuring teams adopt best practices and continuously improve.

Accountable for maintaining the integrity of project management methodologies, ensuring they are consistently applied across all projects. Monitor the adherence to established frameworks and drive continuous improvements.
Conduct ongoing management audits of active projects to ensure alignment with best practices, identify process inefficiencies, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Play a pivotal role in talent development, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions for new project managers to enhance their skills and understanding of the company’s project management processes. Actively participate in the recruitment process, assisting in the selection of qualified project management candidates.
Requirements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing a PMO function.
Demonstrated experience managing software development projects, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar) and project tracking/reporting software.
Extensive experience working in a software development or IT-driven environment.
Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
Hands-on experience in managing a PMO or coordinating multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve success. Ability to inspire and motivate team members while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to address challenges creatively and effectively, maintaining focus on project success.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
