Lead assigned iMRI product lines through the total product lifecycle, develop global product strategy and roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, regulatory, clinical, commercial), manage product financials and market expansion, engage KOLs and investigators, and execute launches, registrations, and complex projects in support of commercialization.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems end-to-end (LLM assistants, RAG, agents). Own discovery with stakeholders, implement data pipelines, full-stack services, cloud deployments, and ML safety/monitoring. Measure impact, drive adoption, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring secure, auditable, production-quality AI solutions.

Lead internal communications and change management for commercialization and organizational transitions in a regulated biotech. Develop integrated communication and change strategies, embed change best practices, create executive messaging and digital content, drive stakeholder engagement and adoption, ensure GxP and brand compliance, measure effectiveness with analytics, and support employer brand/EVP initiatives.

Support engineers to plan, run, and document experiments and tests to optimize manufacturing processes for a raw material used in medical device development. Follow procedures, keep detailed project documentation, collaborate with team members, and learn under assigned mentorship during a 10-12 week on-site paid internship.

This role focuses on the functionality and safety of medical devices, managing design and integration across firmware, software, and hardware. Responsibilities include developing specifications, conducting risk management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Support contracts team by managing RFPs/tenders for North America, maintain contract repository, coordinate pricing incentives and payments, ensure accurate documentation in Quest and SharePoint, track submissions and deadlines, maintain standard responses, review customer terms, and collaborate with internal divisions to respond timely.

Develop and execute global product marketing strategy for medical device specialties. Align with product management and sales, create value propositions and messaging, lead launches, oversee campaigns, engage customers and SMEs, and measure marketing impact to drive brand and business goals.
