Define and lead global deployment strategy and delivery for Cook's iMRI Suite. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and MRI manufacturers, manage customer installation projects, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, maintain deployment methods and tools, train deployment leads, and manage financials and pricing for the product line.

Lead and perform FEA and CFD analyses to support medical device design, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support experiments and regulatory submissions, develop and standardize CAE methods, manage projects, and mentor junior staff.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for leadership, professional, technical, and specialized roles. Partner with hiring managers on requirements and selection strategies, develop strategic sourcing and talent pipelines, ensure compliant hiring practices, maintain ATS data and recruiting metrics, represent employer brand at events, and contribute to process improvements within Talent Acquisition.
