Responsibilities• In charge of bidding work for governmental tenders in medical device industry.• Keep a good relationship and nice communication with governmental tenderees. Correctly understand tendering documents. Promptly inform and organize different sales departments to participate the bidding work for those tenders.• Follow tenders requirements to prepare necessary files and submit them in time. Negotiate with tenderees for bidding fee and pay it.• Promptly collect and record related data so as to update and maintain our databases. Complete the analysis work with our databases.• Smartly analyse tendering rules and policies. Guide and drive sales departments to follow tenders well so as to win as more as possible. Coordinate cross-function departments to achieve the bidding goals.• Other work assigned in the company.
Qualifications• Be good at office software such as WORD, OUTLOOK, and EXCEL. Be capable for details of words and numbers.• College diploma or above. Major in business, medical or medicine, biology, accounting, etc. More than 2 years working experience.
