Supports Assistant State’s Attorneys at the Bridgeview Courthouse through legal research, transcript and pleading review, filing motions, preparing exhibits, managing discovery, organizing files, reviewing digital media, and assisting with evidence preparation for hearings. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication and organizational skills, paralegal certification, research support experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and LEXIS.

Supervise administrative staff supporting Grand Jury, Preliminary Hearing, and court-call units. Responsibilities include assigning work, managing time and discipline processes, conducting evaluations, coordinating indictments and agency communications, maintaining confidential records, filing court documents, managing databases and SharePoint records, and overseeing daily court operations.

Prosecutes misdemeanor, felony, and traffic cases across Cook County courts. Litigates motions, petitions, preliminary hearings, grand jury indictments, detention hearings, bench trials, and jury trials. Prepares witnesses and victims, manages discovery, makes felony charging decisions, conducts legal research and writing, collaborates with law enforcement and courtroom personnel, and represents the People of Illinois while managing caseloads and court calls.
