Lead electrical engineering for industrial control panels, including schematic and layout development, component sizing, bills of material, engineering release packages, and UL/NEC compliance. Collaborate with customers, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams; support factory acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and validation. The role will develop into the company’s primary UL Manufacturer’s Technical Representative and help shape certification standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages complex industrial Final Control projects from purchase order through shipment, startup, and commissioning. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, supplier and customer coordination, risk management, documentation, quality process compliance, stakeholder communication, and identifying add-on sales opportunities. The role requires technical aptitude, client-facing communication, financial oversight, and effective coordination across engineering, sales, service, accounting, and external partners.

Supports industrial control system project implementation from proposal through startup and commissioning. Own strategic customer relationships and drive consultative sales of systems and software solutions for process-industry clients. Develop account and pursuit strategies, build executive relationships, forecast sales in CRM systems, connect automation technologies to business outcomes, and achieve sales goals. The role requires onsite client visits across the NYC tri-state area and collaboration with technical teams, sales engineers, and project managers.

Manage customer relationships and drive sales growth for measurement instrumentation products and services. Responsibilities include developing account and pursuit plans, networking with decision-makers, maintaining CRM forecasts and pipelines, conducting onsite client visits, supporting customer seminars, and achieving business goals. The role requires technical industry knowledge, consultative selling, strong communication skills, advanced Excel and CRM experience, and a technical bachelor’s degree.
