Supports industrial control system project implementation from proposal through startup and commissioning. Develops control strategies, design specifications, functional requirements, system graphics, databases, and project documentation. Assists with panel and cabinet design, factory acceptance testing, scheduling, invoicing, and customer-facing project activities while working under lead engineers across multiple simultaneous projects.

Own strategic customer relationships and drive consultative sales of systems and software solutions for process-industry clients. Develop account and pursuit strategies, build executive relationships, forecast sales in CRM systems, connect automation technologies to business outcomes, and achieve sales goals. The role requires onsite client visits across the NYC tri-state area and collaboration with technical teams, sales engineers, and project managers.
