Control Associates is seeking an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our Systems & Software sales team. Your Role and Impact:

As our Senior Account Manager, you'll be more than a salesperson - you'll be a trusted business advisor who bridges technical, interpersonal, and business domains to solve complex customer challenges. You'll own strategic customer relationships, develop winning pursuit strategies, and deliver solutions that create mutual value for both our clients and Control Associates.

What You'll Accomplish:

• Drive sales success with new and existing clients through consultative selling

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow our Systems & Software portfolio within premiere accounts

• Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers

• Create compelling pursuit strategies that win complex opportunities

• Engage directly with clients through onsite visits throughout the Tri-State area

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our Systems & Software portfolio

• Utilize CRM tools to create and maintain accurate sales forecasts

• Achieve and exceed company, team, and individual sales goals

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record as a results-driven sales professional who consistently exceeds targets

• 4+ years of sales experience serving the process industries (Pharma/Life Sciences experience preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering concentration preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence senior-level executives and decision makers

• Strategic thinking capability to connect technologies to business outcomes

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to uncover root causes and create winning solutions

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience leading through influence in team environments

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, and CRM systems

• Process Controls and/or Life Sciences industry experience highly preferred
