Drive new connectivity revenue through outbound prospecting, customer discovery, renewals, competitive displacement, and SD-WAN migration campaigns. Lead WAN assessments, presentations, and strategic customer conversations while partnering with Account Managers. Build sales plays, battlecards, and enablement materials; coach account teams; develop the managed connectivity proposition; and maintain a qualified pipeline across existing and new clients.

Develops recurring managed services revenue across commercial clients by creating new opportunities, displacing incumbent providers, and converting project relationships into subscription services. Partners with Account Managers on account planning, coaches them on service selling, creates sales plays and battlecards, and collaborates with marketing, suppliers, presales, and delivery teams to grow managed network, security, workplace, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 services.

Designs, develops, configures, and implements ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM, SPM, CMDB, knowledge, and asset management. Builds scripts, workflows, catalog items, integrations, interfaces, and SLAs; supports governance, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and platform administration. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, estimate effort, and deliver enhancements within Agile/Scrum environments while following ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.

Develops and expands client relationships for managed cybersecurity services. Creates account plans, presents proposals, leads negotiations and contract closures, coordinates project handovers, and increases customer share of wallet. The role advises clients on cybersecurity solutions, guides Account Managers, maintains CRM data and forecasts, collaborates with Product Managers, and reports sales performance. Strong German and English communication, commercial insight, presentation ability, and understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and IT services are required.

Implements and supports Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments. Provides first- and second-level incident support, troubleshooting, escalation, patch management, preventative maintenance, network health checks, technical reporting, and customer liaison. The role includes incident management against SLAs, vendor TAC coordination, managed-service tool oversight, project rollouts, process improvements, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rota.

Provides first- and second-level support for customer Juniper and Aruba network and security environments from a Dublin NOC. Responsibilities include incident management, troubleshooting, SLA adherence, escalation, network health checks, technical reporting, patch management, preventative maintenance, RMM administration, and coordination with vendor TAC teams. The role also supports managed-service improvements and offers training toward vendor certifications.
