Provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle by gathering customer requirements, designing networking, cybersecurity, and data centre solutions, and delivering demonstrations and presentations. Develops technical proposals, tender responses, solution designs, statements of work, and proof-of-concept activities. Collaborates with engineering and delivery teams, maintains customer and partner relationships, and keeps technical knowledge and certifications current.

Lead technical incident investigations and coordinate customer incident-response engagements. Responsibilities include triage, digital evidence analysis, root-cause investigation, response prioritization, analyst coordination, customer communication, reporting, process improvement, authority cooperation, and on-call participation. The role requires practical incident-response and digital-forensics experience, enterprise Windows or Linux knowledge, strong communication, structured decision-making under pressure, and the ability to manage scope, resources, and timelines.

Lead cybersecurity incident response engagements from activation through recovery, closure, and lessons learned. Coordinate forensic, infrastructure, recovery, legal, customer, and third-party teams; manage scope, priorities, resources, communications, documentation, reporting, and executive briefings. Serve as the customer’s trusted advisor during critical incidents, coordinate with authorities, support preparedness and resilience, improve CSIRT processes, and participate in the on-call rota.
