Provides front-line support for enterprise business applications, managing incidents, troubleshooting access issues, data discrepancies, and workflow interruptions. The role documents and prioritizes tickets, follows ITIL-aligned procedures and SLAs, uses diagnostic tools and logs, escalates unresolved issues, and communicates with technical and nontechnical users. It supports applications including Atlas, AgencyTrak, and EasyInk while collaborating with dispatch, QA, and development teams.

Oversee technical SEO health across multiple websites by conducting audits, monitoring crawlability and indexation, validating implementations, supporting migrations and releases, and troubleshooting rendering and performance issues. Analyze SEO data, prioritize issues by business impact, provide actionable requirements to development and other teams, perform post-launch QA, document findings, and collaborate with SEO, content, product, analytics, and engineering stakeholders.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, analytics, adoption, and continuous improvement of an internal performance management application. Partner with engineering, data, analytics, and operational stakeholders to define metrics, data quality standards, coaching workflows, and AI capabilities. Lead agile delivery, user research, phased rollouts, governance, change management, and measurable business outcomes across frontline insurance operations.

Maintains and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. Configures and supports Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions; resolves LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN issues; monitors availability and SLA compliance; executes upgrades and infrastructure projects; maintains network documentation; coordinates with telecommunications providers and vendors; and recommends network improvements.

Provide L3 infrastructure support: administer and monitor virtualized servers and storage, perform patches and updates, manage VMware/Hyper-V and Microsoft server applications, generate monitoring reports, troubleshoot escalations, configure remote access and DHCP, assist migrations, perform on-site hardware tasks, and participate in on-call rotation.
