Support design, development, and deployment of production-ready LLM-based features. Build and maintain APIs and integrations, assist with model evaluation, monitoring, and tuning, research transformers/RAG/vector DBs, participate in code reviews and agile processes, document work, and iterate closely with end users using forward-deployed engineering principles.

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound/side-by-side calls, chats, emails and claims; provide feedback, coaching and floor support; lead training, calibration and quality talks; investigate and remediate quality issues; assist audits, implement quality systems, and support new hires.

Supervise and mentor a bilingual team handling auto physical damage, total loss, vehicle appraisal, and salvage claims. Ensure compliance, monitor quality and productivity, perform file audits, manage workloads, implement process improvements, and support employee development.
