The HR Specialist ensures accurate execution of HR processes, oversees employee administration and relations, maintains compliance, and supports audits in a high-volume environment.

Provide front-line application support for enterprise systems (Atlas, AgencyTrak, EasyInk). Log and triage incidents, troubleshoot user/access/data issues, follow SOPs and SLAs, escalate to L2 when needed, document incidents, and collaborate with dispatch, QA, and developers to maintain application availability and user experience.
