Supervises retail collections operations, coaches collection agents, guides debtor negotiations, and manages personnel administration. Responsibilities include credit card batch processing, reporting, payroll preparation, training, information security, refunds, payment voids, and departmental motivational events. The role requires customer service or collections experience, leadership experience, insurance and payment-system knowledge, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and advanced English proficiency.

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable data platforms, reporting solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics environments. Design data models, support migrations to Snowflake, optimize query performance and costs, enforce development and governance standards, and validate deployments. Serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor architects and developers, collaborate with business and security stakeholders, and guide technology investments and project roadmaps.

Manage operational projects from conception through delivery, including implementations, launches, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, resources, timelines, budgets, risks, documentation, process mapping, and quality metrics. Track project progress, purchases, expenses, requirements, and contingencies while facilitating meetings, assigning tasks, removing obstacles, and publishing status reports. Use Smartsheet and related project-management tools to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
