Provides Level 2 technical support by resolving escalated customer issues, troubleshooting AWS applications and databases, analyzing logs, performing root cause analysis, coordinating production fixes, managing tickets and SLAs, and supporting incident reviews. The role also includes coding and debugging in JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular, AWS monitoring, automation, documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and rotational 24x7 support coverage.

Build and maintain AI-powered applications across the front end and back end. The role involves Angular and Node.js development, AWS service integration, Generative AI and LangChain implementation, architectural decision-making, debugging, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in agile ceremonies.

Designs and executes functional, regression, integration, and acceptance tests for Salesforce configurations, integrations, web and API layers, chatbots, and agent AI workflows. Evaluates AI accuracy, consistency, edge cases, and failures; documents and troubleshoots defects; maintains test documentation; supports test automation; and collaborates with product and engineering teams to establish meaningful coverage.
