Manage daily business operations, administrative needs, task completion, workflow coordination, process improvement, internal record-keeping, and professional communication. The role requires identifying bottlenecks, resolving problems, managing competing priorities, and ensuring requests and project loops are completed accurately and on time.

Manages financial reconciliations, cloud usage and vendor billing comparisons, profitability tracking, discrepancy resolution, cash flow reporting, and financial recordkeeping. Coordinates with vendors, partners, and internal teams to resolve billing questions and maintain accurate audit-supporting documentation.

Provides Level 2 technical support by resolving escalated customer issues, troubleshooting AWS applications and databases, analyzing logs, performing root cause analysis, coordinating production fixes, managing tickets and SLAs, and supporting incident reviews. The role also includes coding and debugging in JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular, AWS monitoring, automation, documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and rotational 24x7 support coverage.
