Manages financial reconciliations, cloud usage and vendor billing comparisons, profitability tracking, discrepancy resolution, cash flow reporting, and financial recordkeeping. Coordinates with vendors, partners, and internal teams to resolve billing questions and maintain accurate audit-supporting documentation.

Provides Level 2 technical support by resolving escalated customer issues, troubleshooting AWS applications and databases, analyzing logs, performing root cause analysis, coordinating production fixes, managing tickets and SLAs, and supporting incident reviews. The role also includes coding and debugging in JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular, AWS monitoring, automation, documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and rotational 24x7 support coverage.

Manages and grows customer relationships in Oman through onsite visits, requirements gathering, solution presentations, business development, and technical presales. Identifies leads, prepares proposals and RFP responses, communicates product and emerging technology value, and collaborates remotely with internal teams. The role also requires continuous self-learning, strong communication, professional documentation, and travel to customer sites.
