Lead end-to-end Workday/HRIS implementation project management: own project plan, governance artifacts, status reporting, risk management, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and escalation to keep scope and schedule on track through go-live.

Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration tests across Salesforce clouds (SFCC, SC, DC, MC). Validate APIs and batch/real-time data flows via MuleSoft using Postman/SoapUI. Log and track defects in Jira, collaborate with developers and QA Lead, and communicate status to clients.

Design, write, and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs using Playwright. Support existing Cypress and Postman test coverage, develop test scenarios and production-ready scripts, collaborate with engineers to reproduce and resolve defects, and report testing status to the team lead.

Own SFMC strategy and governance; design journeys and automations; manage integrations and data modeling; lead and mentor a delivery team; ensure GDPR and security compliance.

Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce features on the SFCC platform (cart, search, promotions, accounts, integrations). Troubleshoot SFCC-specific issues, create solution designs and specs, estimate tasks, and implement backend and frontend integrations (payments, CRM, OMS, analytics, tax, shipping).
