Build and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, integrate RESTful APIs and cloud back-end services, test for bugs and performance issues, and publish applications to the Apple App Store. The role requires knowledge of Cocoa Touch, Xcode, Core Data, Core Animation, Apple interface guidelines, third-party libraries, and Git, along with a computer science or related degree.

Own and coordinate a large-scale billing transformation program from pre-RFP planning through vendor kickoff and execution. Establish program governance, cadence, documentation, timelines, and priorities while aligning GTM, Finance, technical stakeholders, and concurrent CRM/ERP workstreams. Manage risks, dependencies, decisions, evolving requirements, vendor preparation, and leadership status reporting.

Own requirements gathering and process-flow documentation for a large-scale ERP/CRM migration across GTM, Finance, quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing. Lead stakeholder sessions, identify workflow gaps, translate requirements into RFP and vendor-evaluation artifacts, map current processes to future-state capabilities, and maintain documentation throughout vendor selection.
