Lead QA for migrating Epsilon Loyalty Platform to Salesforce Loyalty Management. Define QA strategy, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, manage SIT/E2E/regression/UAT and production validation, validate loyalty data migration, oversee integrations and test environments, run defect triage, and report quality metrics to program leadership.

Design, write, and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs using Playwright. Support existing Cypress and Postman test coverage, develop test scenarios and production-ready scripts, collaborate with engineers to reproduce and resolve defects, and report testing status to the team lead.

Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce features on the SFCC platform (cart, search, promotions, accounts, integrations). Troubleshoot SFCC-specific issues, create solution designs and specs, estimate tasks, and implement backend and frontend integrations (payments, CRM, OMS, analytics, tax, shipping).
