General experience we are looking for

• Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in areas such as business, computer science, information systems, design, data science, marketing or communications.
• Interest or experience in one or more areas including data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, user experience, design, digital experience, software development, cloud technologies, digital marketing, or security.
• Familiarity with technologies or tools such as SQL, Python, cloud platforms, business intelligence tools, or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration, especially within cross-functional teams or client settings. Previous experience in digital transformation consulting companies is a big plus. 
• Adaptability and proactive learning in a consulting environment.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation will vary depending on the specific position and will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
• Location: Location requirements will depend on the project and client needs. Some opportunities may be fully remote, others may follow a hybrid model, or require on-site presence. Certain roles may include occasional travel.
• Work authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
