Manage assumed reinsurance claims from assessment through resolution, including treaty and certificate review, reserve setting, settlement negotiation, disputed matters, cedent relationships, claims audits, savings opportunities, and acquisition due diligence. Partner with underwriters throughout the transaction lifecycle to structure deals, assess risk-adjusted returns, and present recommendations to senior management. Manage, coach, and develop an Actuarial Analyst while strengthening pricing models, technical standards, and team capability. The role requires substantial non-life insurance or reinsurance experience, complex transaction pricing and reserving expertise, commercial judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.

The Lead Modeller will design and govern the Business Plan Model, deliver analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, and ensure model accuracy and compliance.

Lead end-to-end post-deal integrations of acquired insurance portfolios and entities. Own integration delivery from deal close to BAU, run operational due diligence, design target operating models, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and playbooks.

The Claims Administrator will support the Claims team in processing and managing claims files, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain accurate data records.
