Manage assumed reinsurance claims from assessment through resolution, including treaty and certificate review, reserve setting, settlement negotiation, disputed matters, cedent relationships, claims audits, savings opportunities, and acquisition due diligence. The role focuses on quota share and long-tail claims across asbestos, environmental, abuse, and toxic tort portfolios, requiring strong technical, analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Analyze and price non-life reinsurance transactions across the full lifecycle, including data review, modelling, execution support, and portfolio monitoring. The role partners with underwriters and senior actuaries and requires reserving, pricing, or portfolio analysis expertise, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel capability. Python or R experience is advantageous.

Lead actuarial pricing and portfolio analytics for prospective reinsurance transactions. Partner with underwriters throughout the transaction lifecycle to structure deals, assess risk-adjusted returns, and present recommendations to senior management. Manage, coach, and develop an Actuarial Analyst while strengthening pricing models, technical standards, and team capability. The role requires substantial non-life insurance or reinsurance experience, complex transaction pricing and reserving expertise, commercial judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
