Provides bereavement support as a hospice interdisciplinary team member: develops and implements bereavement care plans, delivers counseling and grief support groups, coordinates memorial services, maintains resources, educates IDT and community, and documents program effectiveness for families and non-family caregivers for at least one year post-death.

Manage business office operations for a hospice program: billing and reimbursement, payroll, records maintenance, HRIS/Workday data entry, vendor relations, supplies, compliance, and cross-department troubleshooting to support regulatory readiness.

Serve as a clinical liaison to support patients and families, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, facilitate referrals and communication, promote quality-of-life focused care, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure compassionate service delivery.

Provide hands-on home health nursing including medication management, wound care, infusions, venipuncture, and health monitoring. Use AI-supported tools to streamline documentation, focus on patient interaction, and travel locally among listed service areas. Maintain required certifications and licensure and participate in scheduled shifts and occasional weekend rotation.

Assist occupational therapists with hands-on therapy, monitor patient progress, and use AI-supported tools for documentation. Focus on reducing administrative burden to increase direct patient care. Requires accredited OTA education, acute care experience, active COTA license, and BLS certification.

Lead payor contracting strategy and execution across hospice, palliative, home health, and home infusion. Manage payor engagement end-to-end: modeling, outreach, negotiations, contracting, implementation, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Contracting, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and local market teams to grow payor partnerships and support contract performance, reporting, and operational best practices.

Provide strategic legal and regulatory counsel on federal and state healthcare laws (Medicare Conditions of Participation, Anti-Kickback, Stark, HIPAA/HITECH, fraud/waste/abuse, licensing). Lead licensing and CON strategy, support audits, investigations, regulatory due diligence, and policy development. Partner with Compliance, Clinical Ops, Revenue Cycle, and Government Affairs to mitigate regulatory risk, review agreements and operational initiatives, and educate stakeholders to support patient care and business operations.

Provide legal leadership for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial transactions in the healthcare sector. Manage due diligence, negotiate and draft transaction documents, structure deals to balance legal and regulatory risk, coordinate with regulatory counsel, and oversee outside counsel to support growth initiatives.

Provide administrative and program support for an agency delivering patient care: coordinate services, assist staff with documentation and scheduling, support compliance and communication between teams and families, and contribute to operational tasks that enable high-quality patient care.

Perform HR-supported, student-driven strategic projects across Talent Acquisition, Colleague Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and HRIS. Assist with departmental materials, collaborate with HR leaders, communicate findings to directors, manage multiple tasks, document program initiatives, provide outstanding customer service, and complete other assigned duties while receiving mentorship.

Partner with divisional leaders to deliver HR strategy, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, benefits administration, dispute resolution, and HR metrics. Provide legal and regulatory counsel focused on healthcare transactions, licensing, and certificates of need; analyze federal and state healthcare laws (Anti‑kickback, Stark, HIPAA/HITECH, fraud/waste/abuse, Medicare); lead licensing/CON, M&A and transactional matters; draft, review and negotiate contracts with hospitals, physicians, vendors and payors; advise corporate and clinical stakeholders on compliance and risk mitigation.

Provide LPN/LVN hospice nursing care under RN supervision: observe and report patient data, implement Plan of Care, manage caseload, triage and medication desk duties, educate families, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team to enhance patient quality of life.

Lead and direct all aspects of revenue cycle operations across hospice, home health, and infusion lines. Set strategy, improve metrics (AR, unbilled revenue, write-offs), ensure compliant billing and collections, partner with finance, compliance, and field leadership, perform AR and bad-debt reviews, and build/coach a high-performing RCM team to meet financial and strategic objectives.

Lead and oversee all hospice revenue cycle functions—billing, collections, AR, claim submission and denials resolution—ensure compliance, produce AR and financial reports, implement mitigation strategies, supervise teams, and meet company AR benchmarks.

Lead and develop a People Business Partner team that delivers fast, strategic, field-facing HR support. Use workforce data to drive retention and engagement actions, advise senior leaders, manage change rollouts, support labor/union matters and integrations, and build scalable people processes and operating standards.
