Serve as the primary connector between hospitals, JV home health/hospice agencies, and community providers to coordinate timely discharges. Lead strategy, delivery, and measurement of sales-focused learning for Growth. Build onboarding, certification, VBE education, and trainer networks; manage trainers; partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, ramp-to-productivity, and measurable growth outcomes with in-person and virtual learning.

Lead configuration, testing, release management, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence). Analyze stakeholder requirements, build reports/dashboards, manage integrations, document processes, run release/feature testing, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Obtain and process insurance authorizations for ordered healthcare services, verify coverage, enter authorization data into systems, coordinate with MDs and agency staff, communicate with patients and care teams, and support team authorization efforts while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead enterprise operational transformation by designing workflow requirements, guiding vendor selection and configuration, establishing configuration standards, defining performance measures, integrating vendor data, piloting and scaling technology-enabled operating models, and partnering with deployment leadership to ensure consistent, scalable execution across a national home-health platform. Travel ~35%.
