Lead and develop a People Business Partner team that delivers fast, strategic, field-facing HR support. Use workforce data to drive retention and engagement actions, advise senior leaders, manage change rollouts, support labor/union matters and integrations, and build scalable people processes and operating standards.

Provide remote nutrition consultations for home health, hospice, and palliative care patients by reviewing clinical records and team assessments, documenting recommendations in the EMR, supplying education materials, supporting interdisciplinary teams, developing clinical nutrition resources, and maintaining required licensure and credentials.

Administer and optimize the CRM platform and BI tools to ensure data integrity, integrate CRM with EMR systems, build Power BI dashboards, manage user roles and permissions, support field teams, and maintain territory models and audit processes.
