Administers government, commercial, and subcontract agreements; reviews contractual terms and legal documents; maintains contract files; monitors compliance, reporting, invoices, and delivery requirements; supports proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract modifications. Cost accountant responsible for pricing, reconciliations, GL maintenance, journal entries, variance analysis, management reporting, month/quarter/year-end close, audit support, and presenting financial findings to management. Requires advanced Excel, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

Provides enterprise technical architecture leadership, evaluates emerging technologies, develops infrastructure roadmaps, and advises cross-functional teams on business and technical solutions. The role coordinates with cloud vendors to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements; leads architecture discussions; approves technical roadmaps and project artifacts; and supports IBM z/OS storage environments, including DASD, DFSMSdss, SMS, HSM, replication, and mainframe virtual tape technologies.
