Perform general ledger reconciliations, prepare and analyze financial reports, process journal entries and invoices, maintain work papers and audit support, resolve variances, and assist with audits and special projects.

Perform cost accounting tasks including pricing, billings, reconciliations, pool allocations, intercompany reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and audit support. Prepare journal entries and financial reports, present findings to management, review junior staff work, develop proposals and pricing, and coordinate system enhancements and audits using Excel and accounting systems.

The Accountant III monitors and reconciles complex general ledger accounts, processes accounting activities, resolves variances, and trains less experienced accountants while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
