Maintain and provide technical expertise for mainframe storage infrastructure, including technology roadmaps, product lifecycles, standards, policies, procedures, and vendor coordination. Analyze and evaluate hardware, software, and processes; support best-practice implementation; and collaborate with operations, architecture, vendors, and management. Preferred expertise includes IBM z/OS storage administration, HSM, DASD, DFSMS, SMS, RMM, mainframe virtual tape, replication, and related storage technologies.

Maintains and supports enterprise mainframe systems software and infrastructure. Responsibilities include debugging, designing, installing, testing, and maintaining systems software; evaluating patches and customer change requests; supporting security, disaster recovery, integration, performance improvements, and technical standards. The role requires extensive systems programming experience and preferably VTAM, z/OS, networking protocols, communications, Assembler, and related mainframe tools expertise.

Maintains and develops systems software across complex, multi-platform data center environments. Diagnoses and resolves software issues, designs system software and hardware builds, coordinates installations and maintenance, evaluates patches and infrastructure changes, supports audits and disaster recovery, and provides technical guidance on enterprise technology standards. The role focuses heavily on IBM z/OS storage environments and related mainframe storage, replication, backup, and recovery technologies.

Provides production and system support for CICS applications, including installation, configuration, monitoring, scheduling, tuning, batch and online processing, backups, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, releases, implementations, data conversions, and disaster recovery exercises. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and on-call application personnel to resolve abnormal processing and performance issues. The role is fully onsite and may require 24/7 response support.

Provides enterprise technical architecture leadership, evaluates emerging technologies, develops infrastructure roadmaps, and advises cross-functional teams on business and technical solutions. The role coordinates with cloud vendors to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements; leads architecture discussions; approves technical roadmaps and project artifacts; and supports IBM z/OS storage environments, including DASD, DFSMSdss, SMS, HSM, replication, and mainframe virtual tape technologies.

Cost accountant responsible for pricing, reconciliations, GL maintenance, journal entries, variance analysis, management reporting, month/quarter/year-end close, audit support, and presenting financial findings to management. Requires advanced Excel, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
