Designs, develops, supports, and documents custom applications, reports, and online data collection tools using Python, databases, .NET, PowerApps, Power BI, and related platforms. Works with customers to define requirements, analyzes solution options, supports Salesforce users, implements software systems, and provides training for Tableau, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Salesforce reporting tools.

Provide intake, assessment, individualized service plans, referrals, monitoring and documentation for clients using CRT's STEPS model. Maintain caseloads, conduct home visits, facilitate access to community resources, deliver counseling and group facilitation, prepare reports, and complete required trainings and certifications. Spanish fluency and driving required.

Provide HR support including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS and payroll support, employee records management, training coordination, compliance reporting, investigations and employee/labor relations under HR Director supervision.

Provide classroom support by supervising children, assisting teachers with daily routines and curriculum, enforcing safety and CACFP guidelines, completing required paperwork, attending trainings, and helping implement behavioral strategies and IEP goals.

Respond to crisis calls and provide brief immediate crisis intervention and acute one-on-one counseling. Assess, develop crisis/treatment plans, refer to community resources, monitor clients, maintain documentation and confidentiality, facilitate groups, and collaborate with providers. Manage fluctuating caseloads, attend trainings, and work evenings, weekends, and in community settings.

Prepare, portion, package, and seal hot and cold meals for delivery and nutrition programs. Follow therapeutic diets and food-safety procedures, maintain sanitary kitchen areas, record temperatures, monitor pantry stock, attend mandatory trainings, and perform physical tasks including lifting and long periods of standing.

Manage financial reporting, treasury and cash flow, budgeting, grant and audit compliance, and finance team oversight. Produce flash and committee reports, coordinate with banks, auditors, and software vendors, prepare year-end statements and special reports, and support the CFO in financial strategy and performance.

Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, referrals, case documentation, and advocacy for clients with mental health, substance use, and HIV/AIDS needs. Participate in team meetings, trainings, community outreach, and occasional presentations.

Perform building repair and maintenance across agency sites, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, flooring, and snow removal. Oversee and coordinate contractors, purchase parts and equipment, manage work orders, respond to emergencies, serve as master keyholder, operate agency vehicles, and complete mandatory trainings. Requires on-call availability and schedule flexibility.

Provide classroom support as a substitute teacher assistant: supervise children, follow curriculum and safety policies, complete required paperwork, assist with behavioral strategies and IEP goals, ensure CACFP meal compliance, attend trainings, and maintain cleanliness and safety of classroom and playground.

Provide intake, assessment, individualized service plans and ongoing case management for clients. Coordinate referrals to CRT and community resources, document progress, deliver counseling and group facilitation, maintain caseload and program reporting, and complete system data entry and required certifications.

Support kitchen operations in an early childhood program: follow food safety and CACFP rules, prepare and divide meals, record temperatures, rotate and store stock, wash equipment, maintain kitchen cleanliness, deliver supplies, and occasionally substitute in classrooms.

Provide Assurance 16 case management to help households reduce energy needs: maintain caseload, assess needs, develop Individualized Service Plans, coordinate referrals to CRT programs and community resources, document progress in STEPS and Salesforce, and deliver ongoing customer service including off-site interviews and follow-up.

Provide intake, assessment, individualized service plans, referrals, and case monitoring for clients. Maintain case files, document progress, conduct home visits, facilitate access to community resources, and produce reports for referring agencies.

Provide and supervise case management services including intake, assessment, ISPs, referrals, documentation, reporting, and team supervision. Ensure data integrity in STEPS/HMIS, coordinate community outreach, manage caseloads, enforce length-of-stay policies, and support staff training and evaluations. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements.

Prepare and analyze budgets for new and renewal grants, budget revisions, and projects. Research historical spending, verify costs against payroll and records, coordinate with department heads to balance budgets, project trends, recommend adjustments, complete budget forms, and participate/lead project teams.
