Coordinates fundraising, donor stewardship, communications, events, volunteer activities, and in-kind giving programs. Maintains donor databases, processes gifts, prepares appeals and acknowledgments, manages marketing supplies, and supports development administration. Independently manages projects, timelines, records, and event logistics while coordinating with donors, corporate partners, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams. Requires flexible evening and weekend availability and use of a personal vehicle.

Greets and assists visitors, staff, customers, and callers; manages a multi-line phone system; provides directions and employment information; receives deliveries; supports Human Resources and Payroll with correspondence, spreadsheets, scheduling, meetings, training RSVPs, mailings, and research; maintains an orderly reception area; operates office equipment and follows emergency procedures.
