Oversees unit operations during assigned shifts in Surgical Services: supervises and mentors nursing staff, coordinates patient care and flow, enforces safety and infection-control protocols, leads quality improvement activities, manages resources and supplies, and responds to unit emergencies.

Provides patient-centered nursing care for endoscopy patients including pre-procedure assessment, monitoring vitals, medication administration, assisting physicians during procedures, post-procedure recovery and education, infection control, documentation, and participation in quality improvement and emergency response. Maintains licensure and relevant certifications.

Manage daily food and nutrition services to ensure regulatory compliance, food safety (HACCP), patient/resident satisfaction, budgeting, staffing, training, inventory/purchasing, and quality assurance. Serve as liaison for audits/inspections and collaborate with dietitians, chefs, and leadership to optimize operations and implement policy and technology improvements.

Supports endoscopic procedures by preparing rooms, assisting procedural teams, cleaning and high-level disinfecting endoscopes, maintaining inventory and documentation, handling specimens, transporting patients, and helping with scheduling and records to ensure safe, efficient, compliant patient care.

Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images, prepare and position patients, perform contrast administration and point-of-care testing, assist interventional procedures, maintain equipment quality control, collaborate with radiologists, document clinical history, and respond to emergencies while ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Provide patient-centered postpartum and newborn care using the nursing process. Assess, monitor, medicate, and educate mothers and infants; assist in labor/delivery, emergency interventions, fetal monitoring, infection control, documentation, and quality improvement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and engage in professional development.

Process and submit insurance claims, follow up on denials, reconcile accounts and credit balances, correct claim edits, maintain billing documentation, assist patients and payers, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with clinic staff to support accurate reimbursement.

Provide patient-centered perioperative and cardiac nursing care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative settings. Perform assessments, med administration, assist in surgery, monitor hemodynamics and advanced life support devices, document care, follow infection control and safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement and education.

Provide direct nursing care on a medical/surgical unit under RN supervision: assess patients, administer medications and treatments, document care, assist with procedures and ADLs, educate patients/families, follow infection-control and safety protocols, and collaborate with the care team.

Performs routine neurodiagnostic testing and basic EEG monitoring under supervision across inpatient, critical care, and diagnostic settings. Prepares patients, operates and maintains neurodiagnostic equipment, collects and documents data, communicates observations to clinical team, provides patient education, supports equipment calibration, and performs basic administrative and clinical tasks to ensure patient safety and testing quality.

Provide patient-centered critical care in a CCU by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care; administer medications, manage ventilators and other life-support equipment, assist physicians with procedures, respond to emergencies, educate patients/families, participate in quality improvement, and maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.

Welcome patients and visitors at the clinic front desk, manage phone calls and appointment scheduling, perform general clerical duties, maintain reception area and supplies, operate office equipment, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps). Build integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server), support upgrades and performance tuning, follow coding standards, troubleshoot incidents, produce documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Lead non-nursing hospital operations, drive process improvement, oversee service line development and resource utilization, manage budgets and compliance, coach department leaders, and support physician and business development to ensure financial sustainability and high-quality patient outcomes.

Provide patient-centered nursing care in nursery/obstetrics settings: assess and monitor mothers and newborns, administer medications, assist with labor/delivery procedures, operate monitoring and life-support equipment, respond to emergencies (CPR/code), educate families on postpartum and newborn care, document care, follow infection control and safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement and professional development.

Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage limitations for scheduled services; obtain and track prior authorizations; update insurance data in medical and billing systems; resolve discrepancies, denials, and appeals; communicate coverage details to patients and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.

Provide patient-centered nursing care in the Cath Lab including assessments, IV initiation, medication administration, assisting cardiologists during procedures, continuous monitoring of vitals and hemodynamics, managing complications, post-procedure care, patient/family education, documentation, infection control, participation in code responses, quality improvement, and maintaining clinical competency.
