Implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Physician Track application. Consult on workflows, design and verify configuration, identify and report risks/issues, test solutions, coach on data collection and system design, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor team members.

Performs advanced CT imaging and contrast administration, prepares and monitors patients, assists with interventional CT procedures, ensures radiation safety and equipment QA, documents in RIS/EMR, mentors staff, and responds to emergencies.

Review, analyze, and resolve pre-payment insurance denials; track and report appeal trends; coordinate with facility and payer stakeholders; recommend process improvements; maintain documentation and compliance; communicate payer billing/coding updates.
