Provides on-site technical support for hospital hardware, software, telecommunications, and network systems. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, repairs, and relocates IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, and telecommunications systems. Supports remote assistance, device encryption, secure disposal, and information security requirements while delivering customer service and resolving technical issues independently or collaboratively.

Verifies insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations, referrals, and medical necessity for outpatient and inpatient services. Completes pre-registration, calculates estimated patient responsibility, documents payer communications, processes orders, and notifies payers of admission or observation status. Educates patients about coverage and financial obligations while coordinating with providers and medical office staff to support accurate, timely financial clearance and revenue cycle compliance.

Provides vascular access and comprehensive nursing care for high-acuity hospital patients requiring PICC lines. Determines appropriate vascular access, performs line troubleshooting and declotting, administers medications, assists with procedures, assesses patients, develops and documents care plans, and educates patients, families, and staff. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining infection control, patient safety, emergency response, and regulatory standards.
