Manage IT infrastructure and daily operations across multiple healthcare sites. Responsibilities include network, server, hardware, telecommunications, vendor, EHR, interoperability, cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, disaster recovery, technical support, staff training, and team leadership. The role supports eClinicalWorks, HL7/FHIR interfaces, security controls, vulnerability assessments, and business continuity while serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the eClinicalWorks EHR/Practice Management system. Analyze workflows, customize templates and reports, manage upgrades and cloud migrations, train users, troubleshoot issues, coordinate third-party integrations, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Provide direct nursing care in an ambulatory setting under provider supervision, triage calls, manage cases, perform nurse-only visits, assist with exams/procedures, collect specimens, administer medications, document care, maintain supplies and participate in quality improvement and patient education.

Provide nursing care under RN/physician supervision in a community health center: prepare patients and rooms, assist with exams/procedures, perform routine diagnostics, collect specimens, administer medications and immunizations, educate patients, document care, and participate in quality improvement.

Provide primary healthcare within specialty, including triage, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, ordering/interpreting labs, patient education, supervising clinical staff, documentation, quality improvement, and teaching PA students while complying with supervising physician and regulatory guidelines.
