**Job Summary:**

The eClinicalWorks Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the eClinicalWorks (eCW) Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management system. This role collaborates closely with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to maintain system integrity, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot eClinicalWorks EHR and PM systems.
- Analyze clinical and operational workflows to optimize use of eCW across departments.
- Provide support for clinical workflows, templates, order sets, and documentation tools with eCW.
- Conduct needs assessments with end-users and design customized solutions within the eCW platform.
- Customize templates, forms, and reports within eCW based on provider and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure eCW supports patient care and compliance.
- Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and training initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout of new eCW modules and updates including Healow and eCW Messenger.
- Create and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for providers and staff.
- Analyze data for reporting and quality improvement initiatives using eCW reports or third-party analytics tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party tools integrated with eCW (e.g., labs, billing systems).
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HRSA, and other standards.
- Train new staff and develop user documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience working with eClinicalWorks EHR in a healthcare environment.
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing the eCW Healow App ecosystem.
- Experience executing or supporting complex eCW cloud migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in primary care, behavioral health, and dental settings.
- Proven ability to create training materials and lead training sessions for staff.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and quality programs.
- Proficiency with eCW reporting modules and SQL or data extraction tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Certification in eClinicalWorks or other relevant EHR training programs.

**Compensation:**

$60,500 - $70,000

*Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer visa sponsorship.
