The role handles employee inquiries through Salesforce, advises leaders on performance and employment matters, supports audits and HR initiatives, and contributes to engagement and retention programs. Provides traveling operational leadership support across senior living communities, including interim executive coverage, recruiting and onboarding, regulatory compliance, quality audits, budgeting, KPI analysis, performance improvement, leadership coaching, resident engagement, and special projects. The role travels up to 90% across Mid-Michigan and the Thumb.

Supervises assisted living and memory care staff, ensuring residents receive compliant, personalized care. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining employees, scheduling coverage, verifying hours, conducting safety and infection-control checks, maintaining documentation, coordinating onboarding and training, monitoring required courses, responding to emergencies, and participating in community events. The role requires leadership, healthcare or elder-care experience, and CNA, LPN, RN, or equivalent qualifications.

Directs clinical resident care in an assisted living and memory care community. Leads wellness staff, oversees evaluations, care conferences, service plans, medication and treatment records, dementia programming, regulatory compliance, incident follow-up, and resident care coordination.
