Maintains Salesforce records and reports, supports marketing and resident events, ensures compliance with housing regulations, and collaborates with residents, families, caregivers, and staff. Flexible evening and weekend availability may be required.

Directs clinical resident care services in an assisted living and memory care community. Oversees resident evaluations, care plans, medication and treatment record verification, care conferences, family communication, staff performance, employee development, and emergency policy communication. The role requires an Ohio-registered LPN, supervisory experience, strong organization and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility for on-call, weekend, holiday, and occasional travel responsibilities.

Provides front-desk and administrative support for residents, guests, staff, and prospective residents. Responsibilities include answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors, checking in residents, distributing mail and packages, reserving dining areas, collecting maintenance work orders, assisting with accounting tasks, and following emergency procedures. The role requires professional communication, independent work, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel between locations.
