Teams at Common Sail Investment Group

Plans, coordinates, communicates, and facilitates social, recreational, and life-skills activities for senior living residents. Oversees Life Enrichment standards, resident safety, activity spaces, budgets, and administrative tasks. Leads, trains, schedules, and holds support staff accountable, including activity assistants and shuttle drivers. Collaborates across departments to improve the resident experience and provides operational support when needed.

Assists with planning and executing activities and life skills programs for senior residents. Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with communication, administration, activity-area setup and cleanup, resident safety, and transportation for outings. Requires compassionate resident interaction, collaboration, independent work, flexible scheduling, general computer proficiency, and occasional lifting and travel.
