Provide strategic leadership for workforce and community education, overseeing non-credit and credit CTE programs, building employer and community partnerships, managing budgets and grants, using data to guide program improvement, and leading faculty and staff to expand regional workforce pathways and lifelong learning opportunities.

Serve as HR leader overseeing payroll, recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance with federal and state employment laws, labor relations, leaves administration, employee relations, training, policy development, and payroll processing. Manage hiring practices, job descriptions, grievance investigations, and budget responsibilities for the President's Office. Support equal employment and volunteer programs and provide HR guidance to management, staff, board, and unions.

Provide administrative, instructional, and student-support duties including tutoring, mentoring, classroom and lab assistance, inventory and materials management, event/logistics support, social media content, and basic food service. Work is limited to approved Federal Work Study students at CGCC.

Provide equity-focused financial coaching and navigation to students; assist with financial aid application, ISIR review, veteran certification, payment plans, SAP monitoring, outreach, and data-driven retention initiatives to improve persistence, graduation, and access.
