Provide equity-focused financial coaching and navigation to students; assist with financial aid application, ISIR review, veteran certification, payment plans, SAP monitoring, outreach, and data-driven retention initiatives to improve persistence, graduation, and access.

Provide academic and career advising, create educational plans, track student progress, connect students to financial aid and wellness resources, collaborate with faculty and community partners, advance equity and inclusion, and manage student data to support retention.
