Own Colossyan’s end-to-end growth strategy and pipeline across self-serve and enterprise motions. Responsibilities include personally managing paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta; leading SEO, content, and AI search initiatives; improving funnel conversion and sales handoffs; overseeing product marketing, positioning, and launches; managing a three-person team; and setting growth targets with the CEO. The role requires hands-on B2B SaaS growth leadership, enterprise and self-serve funnel experience, and strong analytical accountability.

Own and scale HR, recruitment, people operations, compliance, culture, and employee experience for Colossyan’s Hungarian team. The role partners with leadership on people strategy, organisational design, compensation, performance management, headcount planning, and change management. Responsibilities also include Budapest office management, talent acquisition, engagement initiatives, HR systems and processes, employment-law compliance, and people budget ownership. This is a hands-on, strategic startup role with potential progression into Head of People.

Leads Colossyan’s design function across four product-engineering teams while remaining hands-on with key initiatives. Partners with Product and Engineering on roadmap and vision, champions customer research and testing, mentors designers, improves design quality and processes, owns design systems and tooling, integrates AI into workflows, and communicates design strategy and outcomes to executives.

Lead development of user-facing features across frontend, backend, and databases using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Build performant, testable UI, implement REST endpoints and database queries, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with designers and product, and drive architectural and process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain resilient, highly available infrastructure; develop and operate the core AI-driven video generation component; integrate research-led AI features; drive architectural decisions; maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows; collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure with product and customer needs.

Qualify and convert inbound leads, support targeted outbound campaigns, apply structured qualification to route opportunities, manage and close low-ACV deals (<$15k), maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with AEs and SDR lead, and provide feedback to improve marketing and inbound processes.

Outbound enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving new logo acquisition. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, manage inbound waitlist leads, generate pipeline, refine sales playbook, capture product feedback for roadmap, collaborate with Marketing and Product, maintain CRM records, and advise prospects on AI video best practices.

Provide technical and product support via chat, email, phone and video; troubleshoot and escalate issues; maintain help centre articles; analyse support metrics; collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer experience. Work hybrid with occasional evening shifts to support US customers.
