Own Colossyan’s growth engine across SEO, AI search visibility, paid media, demand generation, pipeline, attribution, CRO, and digital budgeting. Build commercial-intent content strategies, scale profitable acquisition, manage experimentation and agencies, and partner with Sales, Brand, Lifecycle, and Website teams. Measure performance through CAC, payback, ROAS, funnel conversion, and qualified pipeline. The role requires a hands-on B2B SaaS marketer with strong technical, analytical, and commercial skills.

Lead development of user-facing features across frontend, backend, and databases using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Build performant, testable UI, implement REST endpoints and database queries, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with designers and product, and drive architectural and process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain resilient, highly available infrastructure; develop and operate the core AI-driven video generation component; integrate research-led AI features; drive architectural decisions; maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows; collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure with product and customer needs.
