Supports public and private markets investment systems by resolving data, operational, workflow, and production issues. Maintains data integrity, serves as a data steward, documents processes and requirements, coordinates with business users, technical teams, and vendors, and develops dashboards and reports. Supports system implementations, testing, training, reporting, investment operations, corporate actions, cash management, trade settlements, and reconciliations.

Own production reliability, observability, incident management, platform automation, CI/CD, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Lead enterprise observability platform selection and rollout, define SLOs and error budgets, improve incident response and MTTR, build automation and self-healing capabilities, support scalable hybrid architecture, and establish reliability practices across engineering teams. Participate in on-call rotations and provide senior technical leadership during production incidents.

Drives business process improvement within PERA’s benefits operations division. Translates business needs into system enhancements, documents requirements and workflows, leads UAT, develops process metrics and dashboards, supports change management, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders. The role also maintains process documentation, identifies risks and inefficiencies, and supports benefit administration systems for defined benefit, defined contribution, 401(k), and 457 plans.

Leads development, technical design, implementation, optimization, and support for critical investment systems and data platforms. Builds complex data transformations, manages Snowflake performance, develops automated monitoring and recovery solutions, and ensures data quality, security, governance, and documentation. Owns major projects, coordinates with vendors and investment stakeholders, troubleshoots production issues, and mentors junior staff while driving continuous improvement and platform stability.

Owns and supports critical investment technology platforms, building data pipelines and automations with Python, SQL, PowerShell, Snowflake, and orchestration tools. Responsibilities include system administration, application and database maintenance, troubleshooting, access governance, technical design, project delivery, vendor coordination, documentation, and 24/7 on-call support. The role improves reliability, eliminates manual processes, and supports investment decision-making through robust systems and data operations.
