Assists the Integrated Logistics Department by reviewing bids and quotes, maintaining project spreadsheets, monitoring billing, coordinating with service centers, and managing account communications. Provides timely project updates and supports Final Mile Delivery Service programs. Requires a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and willingness to learn company software.

Supports day-to-day moving service center operations under the General Manager. Responsibilities include registering and billing shipments, assisting walk-in and phone customers, coordinating with moving crews, maintaining paperwork, performing administrative tasks, supporting quality and safety, and completing housekeeping and equipment-related duties.

Represents moving and storage services through outside sales, conducting in-person and virtual customer surveys, preparing estimates, closing assigned leads, prospecting for new business, and following up with pending customers. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, basic computer proficiency, and frequent use of office technology, telephones, and a vehicle.
